Shipping is now offered to select locations, on select products for delivery Monday-Friday. If an order is placed after 11am Friday, your package will be prepared for a UPS pick-up the following Monday.Tracking information will be provided to you once your items are confirmed and your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Currently we are only offering shipping on select nonperishable products, we aim to expand these categories as our shipping and delivery platform grows!

We currently offer delivery of all products to Brooklyn and Manhattan, and delivery of all non-perishable items to the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, New York state outside of the five New York City Boroughs, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The team is working hard to add more available products to all zones as fast as possible.
We offer same-day hand delivery within Manhattan and Brooklyn (excluding zip codes 11224 & 11235) for all products listed on our website.
We are thrilled to announce that deliveries within the Bronx, Queens and Staten Island will be offered at the same rate as our standard same-day delivery fee of $5.95.
Shipments outside of the five New York City Boroughs will be offered at $9.95.
Currently, we do not offer shipping on grocery items, perishables, wines and spirits. A full list of stores that are included for shipping can be found here. Please note this list should be used as a general guideline, some stores may offer select items within the shipping limitations mentioned above. Items on our website will be notated if they are included in our shipping service.

All of our same-day delivery return policies will be applicable for items being shipped as well! A full detailed list of our return policy can be found here.
If a return or exchange is needed please submit a return form. Once your submission has been reviewed, we will contact you via email and send you a return shipping label at no cost to you! When submitting for your return please include photos of the item and the original shipping box as needed.
If your delivery was missed, UPS will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If all 3 delivery attempts are failed, your package will be returned back to our fulfillment center. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer select delivery time windows, all drop-off times adhere to UPS predetermined delivery route schedules.

We will submit a claim with UPS on your behalf, UPS will process all claims within 2 weeks of submission. One of our customer care representatives will contact you for all additional information needed.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and retain the original shipping box, as this is needed for your damaged package UPS claim.
