Return policy

Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are subjected to additional limitations within specific categories. See full list of categories below.

All returns must be submitted through ShopIN, as returns at the store level may not be accepted. An online form must be submitted with a photo of the product, and all information outlined in the document provided at submission to be eligible for review and processing.

Are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, unopened and unused condition with the original packaging. We do not charge a return fee, and will be happy to schedule a pickup with one of our drivers! There is a $25 minimum in product value required to return an item(s) (multiple products can be combined).

Gifting return policy

If an item is marked as a gift during the check-out confirmation. A return card will be included in the recipient’s package. This card will offer a brief introduction to ShopIN, and display a QR code that will direct to our returns and exchanges FAQ page. Please note all prices are removed and no receipt will be issued in the package.
