We hand deliver to Brooklyn (except zip codes 11224, 11235) and Manhattan.

We ship to all NYC boroughs + NY state, NJ, and CT

Manhattan & Brooklyn: 7 days a week.

All other locations: Monday - Friday.

We offer shipping to all 5 boroughs of NYC and the entire tri-state area.

Shipping is offered on select products for delivery Monday-Friday. If an order is placed after 11am Friday, your package will be prepared for a UPS pick-up the following Monday. Tracking information will be provided to you once your items are confirmed and your order is packed and ready to be shipped.

Currently we are only offering shipping outside of Manhattan + Brooklyn on select nonperishable products. We will be expanding these categories as our shipping and delivery platform grows!

Orders in Brooklyn + Manhattan placed prior to 11am qualify for same day delivery. (Deliveries arrive between 4-9pm). Otherwise, next day 4-9pm.

Orders outside Brooklyn + Manhattan ("Shipping orders") placed prior to 11am will be processed for next day delivery.

Shipping orders placed after 11am on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.

Returns are generally accepted for a full refund of original payment. However, returns are subjected to additional limitations within specific categories. See full list of categories. 


All returns must be submitted through ShopIN, as returns at the store level may not be accepted. An
online form must be submitted with a photo of the product, and all information outlined in the document provided at submission to be eligible for review and processing.

You will now have the option to select items to be gift wrapped and delivered with your order or sent directly to the recipient.

All your items will be carefully packaged and delivered in a single box or a bag, no matter how many stores your selections come from.

Once the order is placed, all you need to do is relax. We’ll notify you via text message to track the status and delivery of the order. You’ll be notified when:

- the package is ready for delivery

- our delivery associate is on their way to deliver for you

- delivery has been made

- an item is not in the store's inventory (we will offer you an alternate item, or refund the item)


All deliveries are made between between 4:30pm - 9pm daily. So... if you made an order around 1pm, we will be in touch the next day before our delivery window of 4:30pm-9pm.

Then, we quickly route your order to the neighborhood stores you’ve made your selections from. Once they’ve gotten word and had a moment to gather your items, we stop by each store, pick everything up, and then assemble all your items in one package. Finally, we head to your door, where we deliver your package and send you a text message to make sure you know it’s there.

Great question! The whole point of this is that the community tells us what they need. So... please let us know of anything you want the site to carry that it doesn't currently have by clicking here. Or use our chat window at the site to let us know what you need. We’ll try to find it for you in the neighborhood, no matter what it is!

You don’t have to be home! In an effort to promote safe distancing, for the time being, all deliveries will be left at your door.

Don't worry, if for some reason we cannot find a safe place to leave your package, we will take it with us and bring it over the next day.

If you have any specific instructions for delivery (lobby access, door codes, etc) just let us know by leaving a little note during the checkout process. We will send you a text message when we drop off the package, to make sure you know it’s there.

Customer and delivery partner safety is our top priority. So, all deliveries, as well as pickup, are contactless.
